Class size is limited to 25 participants and includes an extensive illustrated workbook, useful for later reference. Health breaks and a four-course formal meal are also included to complete the seminar.

Outclass the Competition – Dining Skills – a half-day seminar covering all manners and proper dining etiquette to ensure confidence at any formal social or business lunch or dinner. This etiquette course includes a four-course formal meal where participants learn all aspects of hosting a meal or attending as a guest. Invitations, seating charts, proper use of napkins and cutlery, table settings, proposing toasts and other topics that may arise are covered carefully and clearly.
